The average age of our guests is between 26 and 36. However, we also have guests who are much younger or older, because age matters less than attitude and the joy of living in a community.
Children are welcome to visit, but cannot move in.
Living as a couple in a coliving house is a wonderful experience. Therefore, some of our rooms allow double occupancy.
Yes, you can register your residence with our properties and also receive your correspondence here. You can not register before your move-in date.

The monthly cost includes your room, furniture, electricity, heat, water, wifi, cleaning of common areas, as well as washer and dryer. Each house has a fund for common expenses (trash bags, cleaning supplies, spices, etc.), these contributions are separate from the cost of your room and usually are CHF 15 per month.
We do charge a one time reservation fee of CHF 279.- to guarantee your reservation and pay for marketing and other expenses related to your booking. This fee is non-refundable in case you withdraw your reservation.
Our common areas are cleaned once a week by a cleaning team. Besides that it is important that every guest pays attention to the cleanliness in the house and cleans up just after cooking. You can book a weekly room cleaning for CHF 150 per month.
We are happy if you want to help building the community. There are several ways to do this. You can become a community facilitator. This means that you will be the first point of contact for our community members. Each building has its own Community Facilitator. Talk to us for more information.
Of course, you can also get involved in the community on a smaller scale. For example, play a concert, organize an evening together, or something else. There are almost no limits to your imagination. :-)
