In many ways, cookies help to make your visit to our website easier, more enjoyable and more meaningful. Cookies are information files that your web browser automatically saves on your computer's hard drive when you visit our website. In particular, we use the following cookies:

  • Technically necessary cookies;

  • Performance cookies;

  • Functional cookies;

For example, we use these cookies to temporarily store your selected services and entries when you fill out a form on the website, so that you do not have to repeat the entry when you visit another subpage.

Most internet browsers accept cookies automatically. However, you can configure your browser so that no cookies are stored on your computer or a notification always appears when you receive a new cookie. Disabling cookies may prevent you from using all the features of our website.

4. Do we need tracking tools?

We use the web analysis service of Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA, for the purpose of the needs-based design and continuous optimisation of our website.

To deactivate Google Analytics, Google provides a browser plug-in.

Google Analytics uses cookies. These are small text files that make it possible to store specific user-related information on the user's device. These make it possible to analyse the use of our website by Google. The information collected by the cookie about the use of our website (including your IP address) is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. We would like to point out that on this website Google Analytics has been extended by the code "gat._anonymizeIp();" in order to ensure an anonymised collection of IP addresses (so-called IP masking).

If anonymisation is active, Google truncates IP addresses within member states of the European Union or in other states party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area, which means that it is not possible to determine your identity. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. Google complies with the privacy policy of the Privacy Shield Agreement and is registered with the Privacy Shield program of the US Department of Commerce and uses the information collected to evaluate the use of our websites, to compile reports for us in this regard and to provide other services to us in this regard. You can find out more .

Google AdWords

This website uses Google conversion tracking. If you have accessed our website via an ad placed by Google, Google AdWords places a cookie on your computer. The conversion tracking cookie is placed when a user clicks on an ad placed by Google.

These cookies cease to be valid after 30 days and are not used for personal identification. If the user visits certain pages of our website and the cookie has not yet expired, we and Google can recognise that the user has clicked on the ad and has been redirected to that page. Each Google AdWords customer receives a different cookie. As a result, cookies cannot be tracked through the websites of AdWords customers.

The information collected by means of the conversion cookie is used to compile conversion statistics for AdWords customers who have opted for conversion tracking. Customers find out the total number of users who have clicked on their ad and have been redirected to a page with a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive any information that identifies users personally.

Google Remarketing

This website uses the remarketing function of Google Inc. The function serves to present interest-based advertisements to website visitors within the Google advertising network. A so-called "cookie" is stored in the website visitor's browser, which makes it possible to recognise the visitor when they visit websites that belong to the Google advertising network. On these pages, the visitor may be presented with advertisements that refer to content that the visitor has previously viewed on websites that use Google's remarketing feature.

According to its own information, Google does not collect any personal data during this process. If you do not wish to use the Remarketing feature of Google, you can deactivate it by making the appropriate settings. Alternatively, you can disable the use of cookies for interest-based advertising via the Advertising Network Initiative.

Google reCAPTCHA

This website uses the reCAPTCHA service of Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; "Google").

The purpose of the query is to distinguish whether the data is entered by a human being or by automated, machine processing. The query includes sending the IP address and, if applicable, other data required by Google for the reCAPTCHA service to Google. For this purpose, your input will be transmitted to Google and used there. However, Google will first truncate your IP address within member states of the European Union or in other states party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and truncated there.

On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of this service. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of reCAPTCHA will not be merged with any other data held by Google. Your data may also be transmitted to the USA. For data transfers to the USA, an adequacy decision of the European Commission, the "Privacy Shield", is available. Google participates in the "Privacy Shield" and is subject to the requirements. By pressing the query, you consent to the processing of your data. The processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR with your consent. You may revoke your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of your consent up to the revocation.
