We’ve transformed the former Hotel X-TRA into a unique coliving house in the heart of Zurich, featuring two spacious and fully equipped communal kitchens ideal for cooking and socializing, as well a coworking lobby and the X-TRA Musikcafé for work, leisure and relaxation.

About Kreis 5
Kreis 5 or "Chreis foif", as we say in Swiss German, is one of the coolest places in town. During the day you can take a leisurely stroll along the Limmat, have a drink at one of the many bars or enjoy a picnic on the Jakobswiese.
In the evening, the district appears in a completely different light. Explore one of the many clubs, where you will meet exciting people and dance to the music of the world's best DJs.
